The Toronto Chess Centre is already a thriving hub for players of all ages, powered by the energy of our community and a team made up largely of local youth who volunteer, work, learn, and grow alongside the game. We don’t depend on donations to survive but with your support, we can do even more: host bigger tournaments, sponsor more juniors, expand training opportunities and create new ways for people to discover the joy of chess.

Every contribution is a chance to invest in the future of our community. You can choose to direct your gift toward a specific cause, like youth development, equipment upgrades or community events, and you may give anonymously or with public acknowledgment, as you prefer. Donations may be monetary or in kind, such as chess books, boards, or other materials that help support our programs. Or you can offer the space itself as a venue for a special event!
