The Manulife Centre – 44 Charles Street West (31 st Floor)

Our downtown location is conveniently situated on the 31 st floor of the Manulife Centre. There are several entrances into the mall, however the easiest way to access the playing site is from the south entrance on 44 Charles Street West. Just walk up the ramp and let the front-desk security know you are headed to the Party Room.

Getting Here

If Toronto had a centre, it’d be the corner of Bloor & Bay. No matter what corner of Toronto you’re coming from, or what region outside the city you call home, getting to our downtown location is easy.

By Car

North of the city? Take the DVP south to Bayview/Bloor. Head to Bloor Street and take it west to Balmuto Street. Turn left on Balmuto, then continue up to Charles Street West and there you’ll find the entrance to our downtown location?

South or west of the city? Take the QEW east to the Gardiner Expressway and exit at Bay Street. Follow Bay north and turn right onto Charles Street West. You can’t miss the entrance to the Manulife Centre.

By Public Transit

Get off the Subway either at the Bloor-Yonge or Bay Station. Then walk the short distance from either station above ground or via the underground pathway to 44 Charles Street West (Manulife Residence).

If you’re the underground pathway type, from the Bloor-Yonge Station go west to Holt Renfrew and continue south to Manulife Centre. If you take the underground from Bay Station, go south and west to 44 Charles St. West, Manulife Centre Residence.

Accessibility

The building, as well as the playing hall on the 31 st Floor, are wheelchair accessible.

Parking

The nearest and most affordable parking option is the University of Toronto Parking Lot on 25 Charles Street West.

– 7 p.m. – 6 a.m. $6.00

You may also park at the Manulife Centre parking garage at a higher price (discounted rates may apply if you shop at the Mall or validate your parking for Cineplex etc).
